Size guide

What size am I?

Our Harbour swim briefs are designed as casual dip wear and should not fit too tight. The Pool Collection is tighter by design. If you wear M in Harbour and want a similar amount of room in Pool, consider choosing L in Pool. Choose the same size in Pool for a closer, more performance-minded swim fit.

What if the product does not fit?

You should be happy with how your swimwear fits. You are welcome to try it on at home, but please keep your underwear on. If the fit is not right, you can return it within 30 days, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, neatly folded and returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygiene protection intact. Ordering

Can I try your products in a store?

At the moment, POND swimwear is only available from our official online store. We offer returns within 30 days, so give us a go. Return label fees apply.

What payments do you accept?

We accept VISA/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available payment methods may vary by country and checkout setup.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details, billing address and bank approval are correct. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help you figure out what went wrong.

Do you process orders on weekends?

Orders are processed on weekdays. We are probably in the water during weekends. You should be too.

Product features

Is the DryDock Pocket™ waterproof?

The DryDock Pocket™ is a removable waterproof insert tested waterproof down to 30 metres when closed and used correctly. It snaps securely inside the Harbour Swim Shorts' mesh pocket for phone, earphones, card and small valuables storage. Always check the closure before use. Use is at your own discretion, and POND does not cover damage to or loss of valuables stored in the DryDock Pocket™ except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

Please see the Shipping & Delivery section for current shipping prices and free-shipping thresholds. POND offers free worldwide UPS Standard shipping on orders over EUR 135, and shipping to Denmark is always free.

What is the delivery time?

UPS Standard usually takes 3–5 business days. UPS Express usually takes 2 business days. Local customs clearance is outside our control and may delay delivery.

What is the status of my order?

We will email you when your order has been processed and shipped. Please use the tracking link in your order confirmation and shipping email for the latest status.

Can I change or update my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

All POND orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) where duties apply. Taxes are calculated at checkout. No additional duties or import taxes should be charged to you upon delivery.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

Please check the tracking link first. International orders may be delayed by customs clearance. If your order has not moved for an unusual amount of time, contact the courier first, then contact us if you need further help.

Can I refuse a package upon delivery?

You can refuse a package, but any shipping, return, duty, tax, customs or handling costs charged to POND as a result may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law. Please contact us before refusing a package so we can guide you.

I think my package is lost

If your order appears lost after shipment, please contact the courier using your tracking number. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will help investigate.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for a refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, neatly folded and returned in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene protection intact. How do I return an item?

What is the return label fee?

Denmark: free of charge. EU / UK: EUR 15. US: EUR 20. Rest of world: EUR 20. The fee is charged in the applicable local currency equivalent where relevant and will be deducted from your refund.

Will my original shipping fee be refunded?

Original shipping fees are refunded for Denmark, EU, UK and Norway. Original shipping fees are not refunded for the US, Australia, Switzerland and rest of world.

Are duties, taxes and customs fees refunded?

For Denmark, EU and UK orders, no import duties or customs fees apply. VAT included in the product price is refunded as part of the eligible product refund. For US, Australia, Norway, Switzerland and rest of world orders, prepaid duties, import taxes, customs fees and carrier clearance fees are not refunded by POND and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange something for a different product?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item through our return portal and place a new order for the size, colour or product you want.

Can I try on my product?

Yes, but please keep your underwear on. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered or returned without original packaging, tags and hygiene protection intact.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

POND products are designed and constructed to last. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please register the defect through our return portal. Once registered, we will contact you to process the case and get you swimming as fast as possible.

How fast will my return be processed?

We process returns as quickly as possible once the parcel has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 working days after receipt for processing. Refunds may then take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Can I return multiple orders together?

Please register and return each order separately through the return portal. Each order must be returned as a separate parcel so we can identify and process your return correctly.

Pre-ordering

How does pre-ordering work?

When you buy products on pre-order, you accept to pre-pay the entire order and that delivery will take longer than usual. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page. Shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled until dispatch from our warehouse. Cancelled pre-orders are entitled to a full refund before shipment.

What happens if I order stocked and pre-ordered items together?

Your full order will ship when all items are in stock. If you want stocked items delivered immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
