Chapter 01 was about learning, refining, and establishing POND. We focused narrowly on men’s swim briefs to perfect our fit, build our community, and develop the operational backbone behind the brand. Today, the team, supply chain, and marketing engine are in place — and ready to scale.

Chapter 02 is about expanding what POND can be. We’re strengthening our creative direction, rooted in Copenhagen’s progressive urban spirit, while broadening the product universe: introducing our first women’s category and evolving beyond swimwear into a more complete lifestyle wardrobe for life by urban waters.

Eco-friendliness remains central to our path forward. We’re working toward eliminating fossil-based fibres, operating CO₂-neutral, and developing circular solutions that allow our products to be reused and reborn.

Alongside product expansion, we’ll grow selectively into curated retail environments and continue building a global community around urban swimming and waterfront culture.

Together, these steps support our financial ambition to reach around EUR 1.5M in annual revenue by 2030, with healthy profitability (EBITDA 10%) that enables a strong team and responsible, scalable growth.

We commit to donating at least 1% of annual revenue to initiatives supporting nature protection and environmental conservation.

We do not operate with individual performance bonuses, as we believe in collective ownership, shared responsibility, and long-term value creation.

We recognise that fully sustainable apparel production is close to impossible today. However, we commit to continuously minimising our environmental impact and improving our materials, processes, and operations.

We will only manufacture in countries and at facilities that uphold fair working conditions and responsible wage levels.

6.
We strive to operate with a high level of transparency across sourcing, production, pricing, and business practices.

In the event that POND is acquired, these principles should be upheld and carried forward as far as reasonably possible.
