How to measure your waist?
Find a measurement tape. Strip down to your underwear. Measure around the top part of your waist where the waistband of your underwear or swimwear sits.
How to measure your seat/hip?
Find a measurement tape. Measure around the fullest part of the hips and bum. Keep the measuring tape as horizontal as you can.
